Alternate Dispute Resolution
Hon. Edward A. Jerejian, P.J.Ch. (Ret.), formerly Bergen County Presiding Chancery Judge provides dispute resolution services to attorneys and individual parties who are involved in litigation or where litigation has been threatened. Judge Jerejian mediates and arbitrates all aspects of general equity, probate, civil, and family litigation. Judge Jerejian is available for in-person, remote (Zoom), or travel to accommodate counsel and their clients throughout the state.
