Matthew Marotta is an accomplished attorney with diverse experience in criminal law and civil litigation. He served as a criminal law clerk for the Honorable Matthew H. Curry J.S.C., gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the judicial system. Matthew then transitioned into insurance defense civil litigation, specializing in cases involving construction defect, premises liability, commercial disputes, auto accidents, toxic torts, and product defects. In addition to his continued work in civil litigation, Matthew currently serves as counsel for various government entities, including Municipalities, Waste Water Treatment Facilities and Boards of Education, advising on matters of governance, policies, contracts, labor disputes and compliance with local public contracting laws His expertise in both criminal and civil matters allows him to effectively navigate complex legal issues.
