Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs partner Steven Kleinman have been named to the 2024 Insider 100 Legal Power List by Insider New Jersey. The list is a compilation of the state’s top and powerful attorneys, “whose worlds include New Jersey’s political universe.”

Steven Kleinman is particularly recognized for his work representing candidates, party organizations and other entities on campaign and election matters throughout the state. Steven also focuses his practice in both public and private sector labor and employment law, municipal and public entity law. He represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL), the New Jersey Civil Service Commission (NJCSC), the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
