Biography

Anthony G. LoBrace focuses his practice in labor and employment matters. In his labor practice, Anthony regularly assists municipal clients in all manner of labor and employment-related matters, including negotiation and drafting of collective negotiations and other employment agreements, representation in matters before various state agencies, preparing personnel manuals and employee handbooks, providing guidance in connection with employee disciplinary issues, conducting confidential workplace investigations in response to employee complaints of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and assisting employers in administering employee leave benefits and entitlements. Anthony also assists in the representation of sewerage and municipal utilities authorities, including the Eatontown Sewerage Authority, the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, and the Secaucus Municipal Utilities Authority, on both operational and employment related matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anthony served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., in both the Morris County Civil Division and the Sussex County Criminal Division. Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark, where he served on the executive board of the Rutgers Law Review as Senior Articles Editor. During his time at Rutgers, Anthony interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and a boutique general litigation law firm, in addition to volunteering as a teaching associate for the Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research Skills course offered to first-year students.
