Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC proudly celebrates the first anniversary of Hon. Edward A. Jerejian, P.J.Ch. (Ret.) joining the firm. Judge Jerejian became affiliated with the firm on February 1, 2025, following his retirement as Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Bergen County after nearly two decades of distinguished service on the bench. He currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice.

At the time of his arrival, Managing Partner Matthew Giacobbe stated, “We are excited and honored to welcome Judge Jerejian to our firm. Since transitioning from the bench, Judge Jerejian has successfully mediated and arbitrated a broad range of matters, including complex, multi-party disputes in both state and federal courts. His judicial experience and practical, solutions-oriented approach have helped parties resolve high-stakes cases efficiently and effectively.
